Aliki Vougiouklaki from the movie. She appeared in 42 movies, of primarily musical variety and in a wide variety of television programs, theatre and stage productions. She is considered to be one of the idols of Greek cinema together with Dimitris Papamichail, who was her husband in the 1960s.

This is a song from the 1969 Greek film "The Fairy and the Young Brave" (Η Ναράιδα και το Παλληκάρι). It is a variation of the Romeo and Juliet, but comedic rather than tragic and with a happy end. The music is by talented composer Nikos Mamagakis and the song is one Aliki used to sing to her young son. Vougiouklaki, Xatzivasileiou, Psomiadis, Kalimera Ellada

Aliki Vougiouklaki (1934-1996) and Dimitris Papamichael (1934-2004) were the best actors in the Golden Era of Greek Cinema!!!! They co-starred together in many films, including "Ipolohagos Natassa" (1970) which still remains to this day the greatest Greek film ever made!!!! Also Aliki, and Dimitris were married during the 1960's and early 1970's!!! This video is a personal tribute to them both; May they Rest in Peace!!!!

In 1984 Thanos Mikroutsikos wrote the music for a Greek version of the play "Victor / Victoria", in which the popular actress Aliki Vougiouklaki and the actor/singer Vlassis Bonatsos were starring. Pretty rare stuff.
