Salem Al-Amry talks on a very important subject that every muslim needs to know and that is - the Status of Sunnah in Islam. His teachers include: Shaikh Ali Khashshan and Shaikh Mahmood 'Atiyyah, who were two of the first students of Shaikh Albani and under both Shaikh Salim studied Aqidah.

Bahaya Hadis Daif dan Palsu Begitu banyak hadis lemah dan palsu beredar dalam masyarakat, maka kami tunjukkan sejumlah hadis-hadis sahih, tentang ancaman yang sangat berat dan azab yang sangat mengerikan kepada para pendusta dan pemalsu hadis atas Nabi Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam. Hadis-hadis tersebut ialah:               "... Man kazaba a'laiya muta'ammidan falyatabawwa maq'adahu minannaar". Dari Abi Hurairah, ia berkata. Telah bersabda Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam: "Barangsiapa yang berdusta atasku (yakni atas namaku) dengan sengaja, maka hendaklah ia mengambil tempat duduknya (yakni tempat tinggalnya) di neraka." [[1]]   Dari Abi Hurairah, ia  berkata. Telah bersabda Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam:   "Barangsiapa yang membuat-buat perkataan atas (nama) ku yang (sama sekali) tidak pernah aku ucapkan, maka hendaklah ia mengambil tempat duduknya di neraka". [[2]]   Dari Salamah bin Akwa, ia berkata. Aku telah mendengar Nabi Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam bersabda:   "Barangsiapa yang mengatakan atas (nama)ku apa-apa (perkataan) yang tidak pernah aku ucapkan, maka hendaklah ia mengambil tempat duduknya di neraka". [[3]]   Kemudian Imam Ahmad meriwayatkan lagi (4/50) dengan lafaz.   "Tidak seorangpun yang berkata atas (nama)ku dengan batil, atau (ia mengucapkan) apa saja (perkataan) yang tidak pernah aku ucapkan, melainkan tempat duduknya di neraka". [[4]]   Dari Anas bin Malik, ia berkata:   "Sesungguhnya yang mencegahku menceritakan hadis yang banyak kepada kamu, (ialah) kerana Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam telah bersabda: Barangasiapa yang sengaja berdusta atasku (yakni atas namaku), maka hendaklah ia mengambil tempat duduknya di neraka". [[5]]   Dari Abdullah bin Amr, ia berkata. Sesungguhnya Nabi Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam telah bersabda: "Sampaikanlah dariku meskipun satu ayat, dan ceritakanlah tentang Bani Israil dan tidak ada keberatan (yakni berdosa), dan barangsiapa yang berdusta atas (nama) ku dengan sengaja, maka hendaklah ia mengambil tempat duduknya (yakni tempat tinggalnya) di neraka". [[6]]   Dari Ali bin Abi Thalib, ia berkata. telah bersabda Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam. "Janganlah kamu berdusta atas (nama)ku.! kerana, sesungguhnya barangsiapa yang berdusta atasku, maka hendaklah ia memasuki neraka". [[7]]   Dari Mughirah (bin Syu'bah) radliyallahu 'anhu, ia berkata, Aku telah mendengar Nabi Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam bersabda: "Sesungguhnya berdusta atasku tidaklah sama berdusta kepada orang lain (selainku), maka barangsiapa yang berdusta atas (nama)ku dengan sengaja, hendaklah ia mengambil tempat tinggalnya di neraka". [[8]]   Dari Watsilah bin Asqa', ia berkata. telah bersabda Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam. "Sesungguhnya dari sebesar-besar dusta ialah, seorang mendakwa/mengaku (berbapak) kepada yang bukan bapaknya (yakni menasabkan diri kepada orang lain yang bukan bapaknya), atau (ia mengatakan) telah diperlihatkan kepada matanya apa yang (sebenarnya) matanya tidak pernah melihat (yakni ia mengaku telah bermimpi dan melihat sesuatu tetapi sebenarnya bohong)."   Dalam riwayat yang lain di jelaskan, atau (ia mengatakan), "...telah diperlihatkan kepada kedua matanya dalam tidur (mimpi) apa yang tidak dilihat oleh kedua matanya (yakni ia mengaku telah bermimpi sesuatu padahal dusta), atau ia mengatakan atas (nama) Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam apa yang beliau tidak pernah sabdakan". [[9]]   Dari Abi Bakar bin Salim dari bapaknya (iaitu Salim bin Abdullah bin Umar) dari datuknya (iaitu Abdullah bin Umar), ia berkata, Sesungguhnya Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam telah bersabda: "Sesungguhnya orang yang berdusta atas (nama)ku akan dibangunkan untuknya satu rumah di neraka". Ramadan is the month of fasting for all the Muslims who are followers of Islam. Ramadan is the ninth month of Islamic calendar and is the month of devotion of self to Allah. Muslims believe that during this month they must indulge themselves praying to Allah and concentrating less on their daily work schedules. Ramadan involves visiting mosque and praying. The prayers recited by Muslims on the occasion of Ramadan is said to be the Ramadan dua. During Ramadan Muslims have meals twice a day. One meal before the sunrise called suhoor and one meal after the sunset called Iftar. Muslims recite a dua before having their suhoor and Iftar meals. Dua recited by Muslims when the fast begins: Wa bisawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri Ramadan. I intend to keep the fast for tomorrow in the month of Ramadan. [Abu Dawud] It is not proscribed that one says this dua aloud, but rather in his heart because the intention (niyyah) is an action of the heart not by words uttered. So insha'Allah make intention the night before fast. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever does not intend to fast before dawn, there is no fast for him." Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 730 Dua recited by Muslims when they break the fast: Iftar Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu [wa 'alayka tawakkaltu] wa 'ala rizq-ika aftarthu O Allah! Dr. Muhammad al-Jibaly talks on an excellent and very important subject the "Methodology of Ahl-e-Sunnah Wal-Jama'ah". "...The best of words or the best speech are the Words of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala ...The best of guidance is the Guidance of the Prophet, Muhammad Salalahu Alaihi Wa Salam... ...The Prophet's mission, Salalahu Alaihi Wa Salam, it is to explain the Qur'an to us and to teach us how to practice it, how to live by it. ...His manner, his character , Salalahu Alaihi Wa Salam, was basically the Qur'an... ...So he is advising his companions that after me be careful, do not fight for power...keep the word of the Ummah together and this is part of the teachings of Islam." Allah Azza Wa Jall Says in the Qur'an: O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result. Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to taghut, while they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray. And when it is said to them, "Come to what Allah has revealed and to the Messenger," you see the hypocrites turning away from you in aversion. So how [will it be] when disaster strikes them because of what their hands have put forth and then they come to you swearing by Allah, "We intended nothing but good conduct and accommodation." Those are the ones of whom Allah knows what is in their hearts, so turn away from them but admonish them and speak to them a far-reaching word. And We did not send any messenger except to be obeyed by permission of Allah. And if, when they wronged themselves, they had come to you, [O Muhammad], and asked forgiveness of Allah and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Accepting of repentance and Merciful. But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission. And if We had decreed upon them, "Kill yourselves" or "Leave your homes," they would not have done it, except for a few of them. But if they had done what they were instructed, it would have been better for them and a firmer position [for them in faith]. And then We would have given them from Us a great reward. And We would have guided them to a straight path. And whoever obeys Allah and the Messenger - those will be with the ones upon whom Allah has bestowed favor of the prophets, the steadfast affirmers of truth, the martyrs and the righteous. And excellent are those as companions. That is the bounty from Allah, and sufficient is Allah as Knower. [Surah An-Nisaa', Ayat 59-70] SUNAN ABU-DAWUD Book 40, Number 4590: Narrated Irbad ibn Sariyah: AbdurRahman ibn Amr as-Sulami and Hujr ibn Hujr said: We came to Irbad ibn Sariyah who was among those about whom the following verse was revealed: "Nor (is there blame) on those who come to you to be provided with mounts, and when you said: "I can find no mounts for you." We greeted him and said: We have come to see you to give healing and obtain benefit from you. Al-Irbad said: One day the Messenger of Allah (prace be upon him) led us in prayer, then faced us and gave us a lengthy exhortation at which the eyes shed tears and the hearts were afraid. A man said: Messenger of Allah! It seems as if it were a farewell exhortation, so what injunction do you give us? He, the Prophet (PBUH] then said: "I enjoin you to fear Allah, and to hear and obey even if it be an Abyssinian slave, for those of you who live after me will see great disagreement. You must then follow my Sunnah and that of the rightly-guided caliphs. Hold to it and stick fast to it. Avoid novelties, for every novelty is an innovation, and every innovation is a misguidance."
